The National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has introduced a self-reporting application.
This application which was launched today was posted on the NCDC verified Twitter account.
Nigerians who suspect that they or their loved one may have been exposed to COVID19 should visit NCDCgov to complete the self-assessment and alert an agent immediately.
This new tool was supported by these health organizations:
Co-Creative HUB–an open living lab for entrepreneurs, investors, tech companies and hackers in Africa.
WellvisHealth–a digital health solutions platform providing access to required health services in real time and Gloepid.
Gloepid is a health-tech platform that tracks and manages diseases of public health risk.

However, the self-assessment tool should not be used for diagnostic purposes.
