Cynthia Morgan Vs Square Record, Davido’s Brother Attacks Fans

Music Producer and brother to Popular Musician, Davido, Adewale Adeleke has condemned fans who are criticizing Square Records for ruining talented German Juice singer, Cynthia Morgan.

Adewale wrote on his verified Twitter account on Saturday, May 23th, 2020, after fans of Cynthia Morgan made series of comments condemning the label, following Cynthia Morgan’s recent live IG video where she spoke about how record label owner, Jude Okoye, killed her career.

He wrote: ‘Fans be so quick to blame labels or managers for ruining artist careers but when the artist make it, its by their own doing…..doesn’t add up!

‘Think about it when artist are successful nobody credits the label, or Managers for money or time spent pushing the artist it’s the artist, But let an artist be relevant & go down its the label. The label is greedy the label took all my royalties they left me for dead.

He added that sometimes the artist was at fault and not the music label. Also Read: Sokoto Govt. Distributes Masks for Eid Prayers

‘I’m not saying some labels can take artist for a ride and give out horrible contracts. Everyone should remember these artist signed contracts willingly, but some times its the artist themselves that bring their own downfall, no one else!’

However, Peter Okoye of the defunct group, P-Square has come out to support Cynthia.

Peter Okoye said, ‘And some people thought i was stupid when I made the right decision. My dear C Morgan! it’s never to late to be what you might have been. God will surely see you through and carry you through the storm. Keep believing…

‘The truth shall prevail. God will surely see you through.’

  1. I advice Cynthia to take up another stage name and rise up again. This is not the end of her career. Please bring us more German Juice.
