Lady Accuses Peruzzi of Rape

A lady known as Princess has accused Nigerian Singer Peruzzi of rape in Twitter on Thursday, June 3rd 2020.

According to Princess, Peruzzi whose real name is Tobechukwu Victor Okoh raped her in 2012–eight years ago–when she went with a friend of hers to visit him in a hotel in Lagos State.

She said she had kept it to herself for so long but decided to speak out using the hash tag ‘surviving Peruzzi’ due to the boldness of Daffy Blanco who accused Peruzzi of rape in January and other women who spoke out on Twitter on Wednesday.

“For so long I’ve kept this to myself but I have decided to speak out due to the boldness of Daffy Blanco & other rape victims,” she said.

“Let’s expose these rapist for who they are, they have no right to take advantage of us. #SayNoToRape #SayNoToRapist #SurvivingPeruzzi.”

Narrating her ordeal that night with the singer, Princess said: “And I’m like ‘YOU CAN’T DO THAT IT’S WRONG’ that is when we started struggling and he was ‘PRESSING ON MY NECK’.

“Telling me I should chill and likes me, all this kind of shit and I’m like Yo! “I’M NOT INTERESTED”.

“At that point struggling was very stressful, you know he tore my PANT and then he did what he did, He raped me.”

Princess claimed she was not brave enough to report the singer to the police because she did not want her parents to find out she was in Lagos.

“I was too naive to know that I was meant to go for test, i was too scared of going to the police because as at then my parents didn’t know I was in Lagos so I was scared to come out with the news and the whole story of him raping me,” she said.

She encouraged other rape victims who had not already done so to speak up. Also Read: “March with us,” Keke Palmer Urges Soldiers
