President Donald Trump has vowed to go after the two ‘anarchists’ who threw paints on George Washington Statue in Manhattan.
Recall that on Tuesday, June 23rd, exactly one week today, the president signed a new law ordering the arrest of anyone found destroying US statue or its equivalent.
In addition, whoever is found guilty would face a 10-year jail term.
On Tuesday, June 30, Trump announced that his administration is currently tracking the two Individuals who threw paint on the magnificent George Washington Statue in Manhattan.
President Trump announced in Twitter on Tuesday after they were caught on camera.
He said: “We are tracking down the two Anarchists who threw paint on the magnificent George Washington Statue in Manhattan.

“We have them on tape. They will be prosecuted and face 10 years in Prison based on the Monuments and Statues Act. Turn yourselves in now!”
Although critiques think Trump is becoming overly obsessed with the statues and should be addressing other pressing issues like the pandemic, or the Russian/Taliban issue (the killing of US soldiers in Afghanistan), however, Trump thinks otherwise.
President Trump who has been actively campaigning for ‘Law and Orders’ is of the view that prosecuting these defaulters is one way to make America whole again.
